1. Program Description

The Lifestyle Artist® Travel, operated by JL Travel Co LLC, may use SMS to communicate about travel inquiries, curator consultations, trip planning, reservations, itinerary updates, payment or documentation reminders, pre-departure information, and travel support.

2. Consent

You may opt in by voluntarily providing your mobile number and affirmatively agreeing to receive conversational and informational/operational text messages from The Lifestyle Artist® Travel.

Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry, consultation, active reservation, journey, or travel-support needs.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges, if any, are determined by your wireless carrier and service plan.

5. Opt Out

You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. Where supported, other commonly understood opt-out requests such as END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT may also be honored.

After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message.

7. Privacy & SMS Data

Your participation in the SMS program is subject to our Privacy Policy.

We do not transfer or disclose consumer SMS registration data or consent data to any external organization under any circumstances, including with user consent, except as strictly necessary to provide the requested service and not for the recipient’s own use.

We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer mobile numbers, SMS opt-in records, or consent data for marketing, promotional, advertising, lead-generation, or third-party purposes.

We maintain administrative, technical, and contractual controls designed to prevent unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or sharing of SMS registration and consent data by employees, contractors, and service providers.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

8. Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on the effective transmission of your wireless carrier and network provider.

We may update these SMS Terms to reflect changes in our services, technology, messaging practices, or legal requirements. The effective date above identifies the current version.
